How to Enter WOD and Score Into SugarWOD

1. Open SugarWOD, click the “Me” tab at the bottom
 
2. Click “Logbook”
 
3. Find the date and click “Log a Workout”
 
4. Click “Create Your Own”
 
5. Enter the WOD name (Travel WOD #)
 
6. Enter the WOD under “Workout Description”
 
7. Select the scoring type
 
8. Click “Log” at the top right

WOD 1

  • 12-Min AMRAP
  • 12 Jump Squats
  • 12 Burpees
  • 24 Mountain Climbers
  • 24 Sit Ups

WOD 2

  • 800 meter run (half mile) then
  • 10 Rounds
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 30 Air Squats
  • then 800 meter run

WOD 3

  • 5 Rounds
  • 200 meter run
  • 10 air squats
  • 10 push ups

WOD 4

  • Tabata Squats, immediately into:
  • Tabata push ups

WOD 5

  • 10 Rounds
  • 100-meter sprint
  • 200 meter jog

WOD 6

  • 5 Rounds
  • 20 Stance Jacks (Google “Sean T. Stance Jacks”)
  • 20 High Knees (in place)
  • 20 Tuck Jumps
  • 20 Piked Push Ups 

WOD 7

  • 3 Rounds
  • 1:00 Plank Hold
  • 1:00 Wall Sit Hold
  • :30 Handstand Hold (Free standing or against wall)
  • 30 Air squats

WOD 8

  • 20:00 AMRAP 
  • 200 meter run
  • 20 lunges
  • 20 push ups
  • 20 Sit Ups

WOD 9

  • 1600 meter run
  • 4:00 rest
  • 1200 meter run
  • 3:00 rest
  • 800 meter run
  • 2:00
  • 400 meter run

WOD 10

  • 5 Rounds
  • 1:00 max effort air squats
  • :30 rest
  • 1:00 max effort burpees
  • :30 rest
  • 1:00 max effort sit ups
  • :30 rest
  • 1:00 max effort plank hold
  • :30 rest
